These tiles sets will make you able to build a great variety of ancient Dungeons to explore during your role playing or boardgame sessions. I'd actually argue she might be top tier, as she dominates one particular role while still doing well in other roles.Endless Dungeons is a line of products suitable for RPGs and Boardgames players. She can run to wherever she is needed, and is probably the best door opener in the game, while also having flexibility (flexibility is very important in this game). What makes Sara powerful is pretty much her speed. Sara isn't really supposed to tank damage, and if she needs to, she has a skill for that that helps make her weakness not stand out as much.
If you throw someone like Gork into a room full of neuros you will likely have nearly the same effect. It's not Pyro being OP with them, it's just neuro's being one of the better modules and Pyro having his weaknesses mostly covered by them. It took me quite a bit to finally understand how to utilize Mizi effectively due to her glaring weaknesses. However when you play around them and their niche they suddenly get really good. Take a Hero like Mizi or Hikensha, they are really niche and don't really fit in with "general" tactics.

Like I said, Sara has a built in Neurostun that can stack with Neurostun armor, has amazing Speed, Turtle Mode makes her a solid Tank in desperate times, her Sword Weapon type has good choices and her Level Ups give general increases each time. Whereas other Heroes, like Sara, remain fairly useful regardless of Neurostun or. However use him without any Neurostun whatsoever and his usefullness and DPS plummets. This in turn requires you to use Heroes, yeah Pyro is really good when you pair him with Neurostun. You need Heroes or other Modules to deal with the Mobs, which if you spammed Neutrostun you won't usually have room for modules. Yeah but, Neurostun is fairly expensive and doesn't really "do" anything to mobs.

Heck, Sara is way better than Pyro thanks to her Speed, Weapon potential, upgradeable neurostun and Turtle ability. However this isn't a "good enough" reason to bring him along over other Heroes.
Overall Grilleds has it spot on Pyro has a faster but riskier room clear. Initially this is great since you won't be getting insta-gibbed but when there's 10+ mobs doing DoT it adds up. Uhh his "super OP" ability just makes everything in the room do DoT instead of "normal" damage.
